WORK LIFE BALANCE

Regular time away from work is essential for employees to recharge and renew. Employees earn paid time off in addition to company paid holidays.

Paid Holidays (All Employees)

Vacation time is made available for employees according to the employee's anniversary date and years of service.

After completion of probationary period (4 months) until end of first year 48 hrs
One (1) to two (2) years of service 84 hrs
Three (3) to five (5) years of service 96 hrs
Six (6) to ten (10) years of service 156 hrs
Eleven (11) to fifteen (15) years of service 168 hrs
Sixteen (16) to twenty (20) years of service 180 hrs
Twenty-one (21) years of service and beyond 192 hrs

Vacation time is available for regular full time and regular part-time employees (pro-rated based on the following schedule according to anniversary date)

New hires Jan-Jun (within first calendar year) 48 hrs
New hires Jul-Dec (within first calendar year) 24 hrs
Between 2nd and 5th calendar year 120 hrs
Between 6th to the 10th calendar year 160 hrs
Calendar year 11 and beyond 168 hrs

 

 

PMX recognizes eleven (11) Holidays during the calendar year.

    Day after Thanksgiving

    Christmas Eve

    Christmas Day

Three (3) additional holidays, (as designated by the employee) are also available as a Floating Holiday.
